Do you do the renewal for me?

No — and be suspicious of anyone who offers to. Renewals need your identity and your signature. We make sure you never miss the date; the 10-minute form is still yours.

Email or SMS?

Email first — it's reliable and cheap, which is why the subscription is $49. SMS stays off until we've proven the unit economics; we'd rather under-promise than spam you at our expense.

What if I work across states?

The renewal table is NSW-first and marked provisional. Multi-state coverage is on the roadmap, not on the product.
