Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds

No change-of-mind refunds. ACL consumer guarantees apply as above.

What TradeDue is and is not

TradeDue is a reminder service, not a renewal service. Once launched, it will send reminders, never renew licences or hold credentials, and cannot guarantee any deadline. The tradie is the customer: reminders go to you, and your data never lands in a builder's audit dashboard. Renewal categories and timeframes on this site are provisional as at 28 September 2026: always confirm with the issuing authority.
