Terms
Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. The product
TradeDue is a self-serve renewal pack for NSW tradies: the NSW renewal table as a printable wall planner, a reminder-date tool, per-trade checklists, and a setup guide for your own calendar. The automatic email-reminder service is not built yet; nothing in these terms promises one.
2. Price and payment
A$49/yr · AUD, GST incl. · unlimited renewals · cancel anytime. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
3. Refund policy
The short version: No change-of-mind refunds. ACL guarantees apply.
1. Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the pack. Request it within the 14 days; it is issued within 5 business days, no arguments.
2. Annual plan cancels anytime, one click. Elapsed time is not refunded.
3. TradeDue never renews on your behalf. The 10-minute renewal form is still yours: the pack makes sure you never miss the date.
4. What the service is not
TradeDue provides general information only: it is a self-serve reminder pack, not a renewal service. It will not renew licences, hold credentials, or guarantee any deadline.
5. Your responsibilities
- The expiry dates you enter are accurate.
- You confirm renewal categories and timeframes with the issuing authority.
- You complete each renewal yourself; TradeDue only reminds you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, submit material you have no right to share, or use it to send unsolicited messages to third parties.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refunds: No change-of-mind refunds. ACL consumer guarantees apply as above.

We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email to current customers, and the updated date above changes with them.
